What I expect:
1. Introduction: What have you isolated over the weeks as the three main issues that cause you stress?
2. Write about each stressor, explaining (a) its origin: what brought it into your life? (b) how it affects you. Be specific: explain exactly what each stressor interferes with or makes you do that's detrimental.
3. Next, for each stressor, explain more than one pathway you can take to reduce or eliminate it. Explain whether it'll be best for you to change the issue itself or change your attitude towards it.
4. Lastly, describe how, where and when you are taking action to implement the pathways described in section 3.
This is the most important part of your essay.
It must include details of the date, time and place where you made each effort, and the results you experienced
All sections should be turned in inside a folder with your memo book and your nightly notes.
